Access to the Renaissance Software System Status page is available via your hosted site. Please log in to your Renaissance Software hosted site, and navigate to:
Home page > Product Administration > Subscriptions and Capacity.
In the top right-hand corner of the screen, you will see a button to access the System Status tool:
Note: In the event that hosted sites are unavailable, this page will redirect to an alternate form of authentication and will redirect you to the System Status tool.
